What's the difference between Back to Basics and Keep It Real?

Back to Basics is designed for people who have a pretty comfortable relationship with food already but need a little inspiration plus access to quick recipes and workouts to help them get it done.

Keep it Real is for someone who finds they overeat often (even when they try their best not to), someone who struggles with binge, emotional or secret eating but wants to feel relaxed around food again

If you find it tough to be consistent, then Back to Basics is going to really help you there.

Yes! Keep It Real isn't a diet or a meal plan. It's a step-by-step guide teaching you a whole new way of thinking about food. There are delicious recipes in the Program - many of which will suit your needs.

What if I don't have Facebook? Will I still be supported?

You won't be disadvantaged. While the Facebook community is an incredibly supportive community, a lot of discussions happen beneath each tutorial on the Keep It Real Program. You can ask questions and get the personalised support you need without Facebook.
