My best healthy bran muffin are a new healthy snack idea and they’re seriously great for lunchboxes as they’re nut-free. Make a batch of this bran muffin recipe ahead of a busy week for healthy meal prep.
*For the bran cereal, I just used Homebrand bran sticks. You can also use something like All-Bran cereal.
You’ll need a muffin tray for this recipe.
You can add 1/2 cup of crushed nuts like pecans if you like. Skip if these muffins are for school lunchboxes.
These will healthy bran muffins freeze well. Or you can store them in an air-tight container for up to 3 days.
