Chocolate Chia Pudding


  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 3 1x
  • Diet: Gluten Free

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a jar or container along with a pinch of salt and mix/shake to combine.
  2. Place in fridge and allow to set for approximately 2+ hours or until set. Ideally, leave to set overnight.
  3. Enjoy with nut butter and/or nuts and seeds on top.

Notes

  • Use whichever milk makes you feel good.
  • I used black chia seeds in this recipe but use whichever. Mixing it up gives you more variety so use difference coloured chia.
