Chocolate Chia Pudding

  • 3.5 tbs chia seeds (I used black chia seeds)
  • 1 cup milk (whichever milk you like to use…)
  • 2 tbs cacao powder
  • 1.5 tbs maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Pinch salt


  • 1.Add all ingredients to a jar or container and mix/shake to combine.
  • 2.Place in fridge and allow to set for approximately 2+ hours or until set. Ideally, leave to set overnight.
