Crispy Parmesan Cauliflower Nuggets

  • 350g cauliflower (equivalent to 1 large head), cut into bite-sized florets
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)
  • ½ tablespoon smoked paprika (optional)


  • 1.Preheat oven to 200c/390F.
  • 2.Place florets in a large bowl, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle with paprika and toss well. Place onto a lined baking tray and place in the oven.
  • 3.Cook for 25 – 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Return to over for 5 minutes.
  • 4.Garnish with parsley before devouring!
