Chocolate Smoothie (that actually keeps you full)

Smoothie’s don’t really keep me full for long. Except this one which I’ve supercharged with filling ingredients so it’ll actually keep you full for several hours. Try it for breakfast and see!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk (of choice. I like dairy)
  • 3 dates, pitted
  • 1 tbsp nut butter (e.g. peanut, almond etc)
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/3 cup plain rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/4 avocado or ½ banana
  • pinch (1/8 tsp) of salt

Instructions:

  • 1.Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz till mixed.
