Salted Chocolate Peanut Butter Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 4 large ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 100 g high-quality chocolate
  • 1 tsp salt flakes

Instructions

  1. Peel bananas and slice into 0.5cm thick rounds.
  2. Spread lightly with peanut butter, and then place another piece of banana to form a sandwich.
  3. In a double burner*, melt your favorite chocolate. Remove from heat. Dip one-half of the banana/peanut butter sandwich in the melted chocolate. Sprinkle with salt and place in freezer for 30-mins to 1 hour. If frozen for longer, simply wait 5 minutes before eating.
