Healthy Strawberry Sorbet
I have a major sweet tooth and this sweet/sour strawberry sorbet really hits the spot.
With only 2-ingredients, this healthy recipe will be ready in less than 3 minutes.
I've just bought a whole tray (that's 15 punnets) of strawberries from Harris Farm for $7! So I froze several punnets of strawberries for smoothies.
At the moment, I love making mango sorbet so I thought I'd try it with strawberry.
This recipe is so refreshing, light and tasty. You're gonna love how easy it is!
It's a fantastic healthy snack for kids. Plus, if you're entertaining, you can churn this up really quick and serve it fresh for your guests. Yum!
Cooking time: 2 minutes
250 (1 punnet) of frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
Place both ingredients in a food processor. Blitz for 1-2 minutes or until it becomes smooth sorbet texture. It will go powdery first so keep processing until it's smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
