Salmon Pokè Bowl Recipe

Healthy Salmon Poke Bowl Recipe

Pokè bowls are the biggest food and health trend in 2017 - and if you've had one, you'd understand why.

Pokè (pronounced poke-aye) is a Japanese and Hawaiin fusion food made with fresh sashimi grade fish, shredded cabbage along with plenty of bright and colourful ingredients. #eattherainbow

Pokè bowls are a really healthy option. I love to make my pokè bowls at home using a high-quality salmon. Salmon is always my favourite and is a great way to get healthy fats into my diet that help concentration, mood and healthy hormones.

Salmon is my favourite food and using a sustainable salmon is so important to me. That is why I've teamed up with the amazing family behind Huon Salmon to create this recipe. Enjoy!
