This sticky date porridge is perfect for cold mornings when you just want to stay in bed. It's tasty enough to lure you out from beneath the duvet and with a few simple ingredients.
The oats will keep you feeling full for a long time, combined with the healthy fats from the nuts.

- 1 cup milk (of choice. I like dairy)
- 2 dates, pitted and chopped
- 2 tsp nut butter (e.g. peanut, almond etc)
- 1/3 cup plain rolled oats
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
