I used to be a chronic dieter and binge eater.
Each day, I'd 'try to be good', eating as well as I could. But by the time I got home, my willpower was depleted and I couldn't stop eating. Then I'd lie in bed at night feeling so guilty, hating myself and promising to do better tomorrow but it just got worse and worse.
I knew exactly what I should be doing, but I couldn't do it. I'd done every program and diet but nothing I tried had worked.
I was obsessed with losing weight but couldn't stop over eating.
After a decade of worrying about my weight, I finally realised I had to make a change in my life. I couldn't keep living in the never-ending cycle.

Yes. Keep It Real isn't a diet or a meal plan. It's a step-by-step guide teaching you a whole new way of thinking about food. There are delicious recipes in the Program - many of which will suit your needs. On the recipes, substitutions have also been made to help make it easy for you. I used to be a compulsive yo-yo dieter and emotional eater (with daily binges)!
I knew what I 'should' be eating (in fact, I was obsessed with trying to be 'good').
But I lacked willpower and self-control. So each Monday I'd have to start over again.
Turns out, I didn't have poor willpower or self-control. But I was stuck in the vicious dieting cycle.
