Easy overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yoghurt
  • 1/3 cup plain rolled oats
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp of mixed seeds (I love linseeds/flaxseeds, sunflower, pumpkin and chia seeds).
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/3 cup frozen berries (optional)

Instructions:

  • 1.Mix together milk, yoghurt, oats, honey, vanilla and seeds in a jar. Top with frozen berries and place in fridge overnight.
